I am a Telly Award-Winning Filmmaker (2012) that started in the business at age eight in the Dallas Production Scene. My work has been featured on Tumblr and The Global Lift-Off Network, Respectively.

This is my first year!

What excited you about judging for the Telly Awards?

Im a past recipient, I love viewing and offering critique.

What was your first job in the industry? What did it teach you?

I was featured in a local cable commercial in the Dallas scene when I was eight. I watched DPs and Grips work, and I earned $125 from the gig. My mother let me buy Legos with it.

What’s the most challenging part about your job and/or the industry?

It is very tough, and very cut throat. You have to be persistent, honest, and above all else, loyal.

What are your current roles and responsibilities and what do you love most about your job?

I wear many hats, from writing, producing, cinematography, editing. I love to collaborate with chill easy going people who create a positive working environment on set.

What initiatives or projects are you working on now that excite you?

I am a judge for different professional and high school level festivals. I am currently developing an action-suspense-thriller about the Sept 11th Attacks.

Do you have any specific practices you lean on to spark creativity?

Music, movies, reading.
