FILM/VIDEO Requirements
- Each entry must be on separate DVD, CD-Rom, or USB flash drive (non-returnable) and have an ENTRY LABEL attached to or inside (i.e. in the DVD case) of each individual piece.
- The preferred formats for media files are .mov and DVD. However, we will also accept .mpg, .avi, and .wmv. NOTE: If a digital format is not available Betacam SP or Mini DV/DVCAM will be accepted.
- Entries from outside the USA may be submitted in the following broadcast standards: PAL, M-PAL, N-PAL, NTSC, MESECAM, or SECAM.
- We suggest you enter a 5- to 10- minute clip that is representative of the entire piece, or you may enter a full program/film or video.
COMMERCIAL Requirements
- All commercials must be on one DVD, CD-Rom, or USB flash drive (non-returnable). Entries from outside the USA may be submitted in the following broadcast standards: PAL, M-PAL, N-PAL, NTSC, MESECAM, or SECAM.

- Commercial Entries must be submitted on a separate DVD, CD-Rom, or tape from Film/Video entries.
- All commercials must appear on the same reel and must be in the same sequence on the reel as they do on the playlist that serves as your ENTRY LABEL.
- Each commercial should be clearly titled to match the playlist. Campaign entries (MAXIMUM of 3 pieces per campaign) should be grouped under one title.
ONLINE VIDEO Requirements

PEOPLE'S TELLY Requirements
- Due to the amount of entries needed to be uploaded to YouTube, People's Telly entries will be cut to three minutes.
- You may send a three minute highlight to guarantee your work will be represented properly.
- Alternatively, you can post your work to YouTube and send us the video ID. This will allow you to post pieces that are longer than three minutes.
