The Telly Awards Teams with Adobe MAX 2021

Awards show for excellence in video and television sponsors this year’s virtual Creativity Conference

NEW YORK, NY (October 26th, 2021) – The Telly Awards, the world’s largest honor for excellence in video and television across all screens, is teaming up with Adobe® MAX 2021 – The Creativity Conference taking place online October 26-28.

As a sponsor, The Telly Awards will offer the Adobe MAX community an opportunity to engage with Telly executives, learn more about the awards program, and receive category recommendations on their entries for the 43rd Annual Awards.

The Telly Awards will also premiere the second season of “Hot Takes,” its monthly video interview series, during the virtual conference about creativity, technology and entertainment. The episode features Camille Chu, Creative Director at Buck Design, Los Angeles, who discusses the responsibilities of creative leaders and how new graduates and aspiring designers can navigate the challenges presented as a result of the pandemic.

“Collaborating with Adobe Max this season allows us to connect with the hugely talented Adobe community – the motion graphics artists and animators who delight us with their work and are all potential or existing Telly Award winners,” said Sabrina Dridje, Executive Director of The Telly Awards. “As we continue to showcase those at the forefront of our digital creativity, connecting with the Adobe community allows us to share our existing educational and inspirational content as well as find new talent to showcase across our original programming.”

Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter two Telly Awards sweepstakes. One is to win two tickets to an exclusive, in-person November screening in New York. The other is to enter work for consideration to be featured at a future Telly Awards screening premiere.

Founded in 1979, The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and are judged by the Telly Award Judging Council, a group of leading video and television experts from some of the most prestigious companies in entertainment, publishing, advertising, and emerging technology, such as WarnerMedia, NBC News, Framestore NY, and Vimeo to name a few.

The winners of The 42nd Telly Awards included Jennifer Garner’s “Pretend Cooking Show” series, RadicalMedia’s “Crime Scene: The Vanishing at The Cecil Hotel” documentary series, Partizan’s “Fantastic Voyage” campaign for Adobe Photoshop, as well as initiatives from Netflix, Microsoft, Conde Nast, HBO Latin America and Nickelodeon, among others.

In addition to the “Fantastic Voyage” campaign, Adobe was honored with several Telly Awards this year, including a gold for a promotional video for AI & Personalization, a gold for a social media video, “Falling in Love,” for Adobe After Effects®, and a gold for a promotional video, “Creativity for All.”
