How many years have you been a judge?
This is my first year!
What excited you about judging for the Telly Awards?
I’m excited to see fresh, wacky, funny work that sticks in your mind long after you see it.
What are your current roles and responsibilities and what do you love most about your job?
I oversee the organic marketing efforts, paid growth channels, and brand functions of the Gotham FC, the professional women’s soccer team in NYC.
What inspired you to pursue your career path?
I’ve always found marketing to be the closest function to entrepreneurship without having to take on the risk of being an entrepreneur yourself. It’s about storytelling, growing something from 0 to 1, and measuring signals of success so that you can double down. I’ve marketed many products, but being in women’s sports was an opportunity to market something I especially believe in: the athleticism and platform of female athletes.
