What was your first job in the industry? What did it teach you?

My first step into the industry was in 2011 as a graphic designer at a digital agency in Vietnam. That role taught me countless lessons, but the most important was this: always listen to the business problem and find a creative solution—without ever losing the creative soul behind it.

What initiatives or projects are you working on now that excite you?

I’m currently exploring how to integrate AI tools into the creative process. To me, AI isn’t something to fear—staying skeptical and standing still is far scarier than embracing new ways to move creativity forward.
