How many years have you been a judge?
10+ years
What was your first job in the industry? What did it teach you?
Before mastering voiceover, I built my foundation as a television presenter. This experience taught me how to command attention, connect with audiences in real time, and adapt tone and delivery to diverse contexts. Presenting honed my vocal control, clarity, and pacing while instilling confidence in interpreting scripts under pressure. It also gave me a deep understanding of how performance, timing, and authenticity shape audience engagement. These skills transferred seamlessly into voiceover acting, where I apply the same principles of presence, storytelling, and audience connection—only now through the microphone instead of the camera.
What project are you most proud to have worked on?
Casting Voices and Acting as the Main Villain Character of Shadow of the Tomb Raider game, recording the Arabic IVR system of Apple support, In-flight instructions and announcements of Turkish Airlines, and Internal Training videos of Intercontinental Hotel Group, and the educational curriculum of Interpol’s IIPCIC
What’s the most challenging part about your job and/or the industry?
Woking on localized material, where timing and true lip-sync. is a must to match the source material while keeping the correct persona and the required characterizations to bring life to the localized video/drama/game
What do you look for to determine excellence in video?
I look for storytelling that feels authentic and emotionally resonant, with a clear vision carried through script, performance, and production. On the technical side, I value precision in pacing, sound, and visual design, where every element supports the narrative rather than distracts from it.
How do you unwind from work mode?
By swimming, reading, watching historical drama and sometimes I go to my office by bicycle rather than driving, it gives me a considerable relief
What are your current roles and responsibilities and what do you love most about your job?
Premier Arabic voiceover artist and casting director, recognized internationally for excellence in narration, performance, and voice direction. As CEO of THE ARABIC VOICE, Inc., I oversee casting, linguistic adaptation, and production, ensuring authentic, high-impact Arabic voice performances for media, entertainment, and corporate sectors.
Voice acting and characterization of the voice depicting the audible experience of each project in pure standard Arabic is the best and favorite role I love most.
What initiatives or projects are you working on now that excite you?
Acting as an International Ambassador and Committee chair of the Society of Voice Arts and sciences in the Arab world (Middle East and North Africa)
