Tell us a bit about your organization and what your specialty is in the film and video space.
Our show developed organically through our real estate business. Via some connections Brady made through his YouTube market videos, we were connected with a local TV studio that partnered with us to produce and air Season 1 on ABC25 in Jacksonville. From there, our team at the Hammond Family Group decided to produce and air Season 2 in partnership with Gemstone Media Group and our show (as well as our business) has experienced tremendous success.
What is your organization’s ethos and how does it set you apart from industry competitors?
Our organization loves our community here in Northeast Florida and takes pride in showcasing all the great homes, communities, and attractions the area has to offer through our show. The fact the show grew organically allows for the tone of the show to be authentic and welcoming.

Tell us about your Telly Award winning piece. What’s the story behind it?
Our show was recognized as Bronze Winner in the Travel & Tourism TV Series category. Seeing that we’re a local show competing against some national level competition, we were very proud and honored to receive such recognition! We are hoping to build off this success with Season 3 (which we are working on now) and are excited to see how it is received!
What are you most proud of about this piece? What was your biggest challenge during production and how did you solve it?
The quality and attention to detail our team applied to show is something we’re proud of. Most of all however, is the relationships we made with the guests and the further learning we experienced through filming at all the great locations! The biggest challenge is always coordinating schedules between the guests, the studio, and the hosts. Once we’re able to do that however, the process goes pretty smoothly for the most part – though it is a lot of work!
Do you have any advice to other filmmakers based on your career or your team’s approach to work?
Our biggest advice would be to follow your intuition, be open to criticism/feedback, and don’t be afraid to reach for your goals/dreams!
Can you share a behind the scenes story or fun fact about the making of your piece?
During the end credits, we aired the behind-the-scenes “bloopers” from every episode. Perhaps the most talked about scene from our audience and contacts is when Brady jumped in the pool along with the neighborhood kids in his suit/jacket during Episode 4.
Tell us about the most memorable response you got from this work.
Beyond our strong local response here in the Jacksonville area, we are now also in partnership with a Beverly Hills PR Manager who loves the show and thinks it has potential for a national audience. We are hopeful she can help us take our concept to the next level!
