Entries
An Entrant may withdraw entries and request a refund by sending a written withdrawal request to customerservice@tellyawards.com. The request must be received no later than Wednesday, December 16th, 2026. Requests sent to any other address, or made by phone, will not be processed.
Each request must identify:
the Entrant name and the name of the person submitting the request;
the title and entry ID of each entry being withdrawn; and
the related invoice number.
Entries withdrawn by the published withdrawal deadline are eligible for a refund of the entry fee, less a non-refundable processing fee of $75 per entry ($30 for Student entries). Where a withdrawn entry has not yet been paid for, the processing fee remains due and payable.
After Wednesday, December 16th, 2026, entries may not be withdrawn, and all fees are non-refundable for any reason, including if an entry does not receive recognition or is disqualified under Section 7.
MerchandiseYou may request a refund for your transaction prior to it being sent to the manufacturer for processing and fulfillment. Please send an email to Customer Service to confirm eligibility of refund. Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.
