David Cid is a seasoned and accomplished veteran in the culture and lifestyle marketing sectors, with 20 years of experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns and successfully driving brand performance. Throughout his career, David has consistently developed award-winning integrated programs, consumer experiences, and sponsorship activations for global brands including Apple, Nike, Heineken, and PepsiCo, among others.
As Head of Experiential Marketing at Remezcla Media Group, David leads the growth and innovation of the company’s experiential work across a diverse portfolio of youth, lifestyle, and news brands. His mission is to deliver impactful stories and experiences for the U.S. Latine culture and its communities.

What are your current roles and responsibilities and what do you love most about your job?
At Remezcla Media Group, I drive the strategic vision and execution for our entire events portfolio. I lead the team that designs and produces everything from our signature cultural events to bespoke brand activations, owning the process from pitch to production. What I love most about my job is orchestrating the collaboration between our internal teams, cultural innovators, and brand partners to produce tangible, impactful moments in culture.
What excited you about judging for the Telly Awards?
The Telly Awards is a comprehensive showcase of creative and effective storytelling across many different platforms. I’m excited to review work that is inspiring, and driving culture at large. It is an amazing opportunity to champion work that is not just technically brilliant, but culturally authentic, nuanced, and resonant in its representation of diverse communities.
