The 41st Annual Telly Awards are here! With the start of a new season comes a slew of new categories that reflect the work being made today, as well as The Telly Awards’ mission to honor the vibrancy, diversity, and impact of the video and television industries.

Dedicated Suite of Immersive & Mixed Reality Categories!
Over the last few years, The Telly Awards has seen and been inspired by, more and more boundary-pushing work from the VR community. With this increase and evolution, this season we are announcing a dedicated suite of categories across Immersive & Mixed Reality, including: Use of AR, Use of Volumetric Capture, Animation, Branded Content, Non-Scripted / Documentary
Expanded Categories for Diversity & Inclusion
With the year-round production of important work that elevates our conversation, understanding and representation of diverse and inclusive voices, The Telly Awards is excited to launch a number of Diversity & Inclusion categories across this seasons’ award program.
New! Categories for Social Impact
The Telly Awards has long celebrated work that puts purpose at the center of the work. To continue to highlight this important work and the unique way in which video and television can elevate stories that affect us all, we are thrilled to announce a slew of Social Impact Categories.
New! Expanded and Accessible Student Categories
Supporting and spotlighting emerging talent, as well as those at the start of their careers, is essential to supporting a sustainable, diverse, and creative video and television industry. To ensure that all excellent work, including work created by students currently enrolled in academic programs, we are for the first time offering a set of specific Student Categories at a lower entry fee *(entrants in these categories must be currently enrolled in an academic institution).
Telly Company of The Year is Back
Last season saw the inaugural Telly Company of the Year title awarded to the company that achieved the most success across the season, CBS Interactive. We are excited to see
who will win this top title at the end of the season!
