| Biography: |
Rick Ours is a 30 year veteran of the television industry
covering a wide range of duties and responsibilities. In commercial broadcasting, Rick has worked as a television news reporter and anchor, radio news director and sports director, television public affairs producer/director and program executive producer.
More recent, Rick has worked in corporate and institutional video as a Program producer/director, studio manager and production manager; and is currently the Director of the Shenandoah University Television Center and General Manager for Winchester Community Television, channel 20, a joint local television project of Shenandoah University, Winchester Public Schools and the City of Winchester.
Ours is a multi-award winning producer of documentary style programs and commercials, many received during his tenure with Winchester Community Television. Awards include The Telly Award, Communicator Award as well as Videographer and Aegis Awards.
