| Biography: |
Barry is President and founder of LiveLight!, which produces award winning videos, animations, and live events. LiveLight! works with clients including AT&T Uverse, McDonald’s Corporation, Walmart, Constellation Wines, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Computer Sciences Corporation, Sourcefire, and Fox Sports Network.
Barry was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, where he graduated from Rogers High School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Missouri – Columbia, and a Master’s in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
Barry worked for the Fox Television Network from 1987 to 1990 as a Unit Manager overseeing stage production of TV series and pilots including The Late Show with Arsenio Hall, Hollywood Squares, and In Living Color. In 1990 he became Associate Producer on Totally Hidden Video produced by Time Warner for Fox. From 1991 to 1996 Barry was a Producer of television series and specials for Lifetime, ABC, NBC, and CBS ranging from sitcoms to reality shows to late night talk. From 1996 to 2001 he was Vice President of Broadcast for technology news company CNET, Inc., producing over 550 episodes of CNET Central, The Web, and The New Edge for USA and CNET News.com for CNBC. He founded LiveLight! in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2001.
Barry and LiveLight! work with several non-profits including the Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Susan G. Komen for the Cure,Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and Boy Scouts. He and his wife Kristen have two boys - Emerson, age 13, and Sam, age 11.
