A high school teacher for many years led Frank to film productions that address issues of high school age youth. Peers Influence Peers was founded in 1996 to allow youth an opportunity to express themselves about those issues that concern them the most. Each year Frank and Peers produce an hour long program which airs across the country in all fifty states, has aired in New Zealand, Kenya, Canada, Bermuda and Puerto Rico. Peers has received six Telly Awards, Aurora Awards and was recognized by the President of the United States for their efforts in 2004.
Frank plays many roles in the productions: executive producer, producer, editor, instructor, transportation, chef.
